HOW ARE THE ARTWORKS SHIPPED?
The art prints are rolled and shipped out in a thick and protective cardboard tube to protect them against damages (no frame included). The print includes a certificate of authenticity.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will first get an email where we confirm your order is paid and ready to be shipped out. After the first email, you will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Please double-check to make sure it didn’t land in your Junk folder, as emails sometimes end up there by accident. If you did not get an email with a tracking link or there are no tracking updates, please send us an email with the name or email you made the order with to email@example.com and we will help you to track your order.

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
The fulfillment takes between 1-4 business days depending on how many orders we have + the shipping time 4-10 business days, shipping time depends on destination. It’s important to keep in mind that we are printing these orders on request, not sending out items from printed stock. So it does take us a couple of days extra to get everything ready.
UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY ATTEMPT?
Please reach out to DPD (NL/BE) UPS (EU) or FedEx (International orders) with your tracking number and ask why they did not deliver. If you don’t get any help from them please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
Register your return via email@example.com. After registration, you will receive an email containing instructions and address details. You are responsible for postage and shipping/customs costs. Your return package must be well-protected.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All customers according to Dutch law have 14 days to regret their buying. The 14 days start from the day you pick up the product. We will refund the amount back to you within 14 days after your cancellation. The product you wish to return must be returned to us within 14 days after you’re cancellation. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it. If the package is opened up from the original packing a deduction of 20€ fee will be applied on the refund, this is because all our products are made after the order is placed (we don’t keep any stock). All costs related to the return (shipping and customs) will happen on your account. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get the address for shipping back your order.
Note: All orders that are bought on SALE or a coupon code over 14% off are not included in our return policy at 13plus31.com. The return policy is not included if the artwork you bought is SOLD OUT at 13plus31.com. We do not accept returns on custom orders.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We do not accept returns for change of a design.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, you can cancel your order! If we haven’t started with fulfilling your order you can cancel it (fulfillment takes 1-5 days). Note: We take a €20euro fee for handling the cancellation and refunds (bank transaction fees).
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T COLLECT MY PACKAGE?
If products are returned to us due to customers failing to pick up their package, we charge a €35 fee. This covers shipping to and from you, as well as handling and restocking of products.
WHAT IF THE ORDER IS LOST IN THE MAIL?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We’ll cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you.
We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double-check that you got in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.
Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you say you haven’t received it, we won’t take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer’s own expense.
